The more parties/concerts there are, the more exams you will have.
Several scientist have found that there is no way to take an exams without missing a big party you have been waiting for two years. no way. especially in june-july.
Moreover if you manage to go to a big party/concert is just because there is a bigger concert somewhere else.
It is a natural law, like the law of the gravitational attraction or the Murphy's laws.
